How to Make Easy Pesto Chicken in One Pan:
When you start to make the pesto chicken, preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Then, get out your 9×13 inch baking pan and prep it by spraying it with nonstick cooking spray.
Next, trim the fat off the chicken and season each side of the chicken with salt and pepper to your desired tastes.
When you are done with that place the chicken into the prepared 9×13 inch baking pan.
Now, in a small mixing bowl, place the pesto basil, Greek yogurt, and grated parmesan cheese and mix it all together until it is well combined.
Divide the creamy pesto sauce evenly over the chicken breasts making sure to cover the chicken completely.
Once that is done, place the baking pan in the preheated oven and bake the chicken for 20 minutes.
When the timer goes off, remove the pan from the oven and sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top of each chicken breast.
Then, place the pan back in the oven and let the chicken bake for another 10 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked and all of the cheese has melted.
Now just, serve it with your favorite sides and enjoy!
